How to Order

​Enquiry Phrase

A) Customer purchase a 'Custom Keyboard Building' package. Choose the appropriate delivery option. Then submit a Custom Order Form.

Procurement Phrase

D) A lead time of 2-3 weeks is expected as C.A.E.K. work with customer's requirements & preferences. Customers can expect periodic updates on their keyboard building process.

Quotation Phrase

B) C.A.E.K. will assess feasibility of project, and client's needs before providing with solutions, component suggestions and keyboard building proposal plan. 

Assembly Phrase

​E) The final assembly include quality assurance and per key testing. Once the quality checks is passed, C.A.E.K. will sound out customer for collection or product delivery.

Quotation Phrase

C) Once agreed a quotation invoice will be sent. Choose to accept by making payment.  Customers are encouraged to read Terms of Use page.

Collection Phrase

F) ​Customer may opt to self collect or have product delivered. Delivery fees apply. C.A.E.K. will provide the after sales support to ensure the keyboard is properly being installed & configured.
