  • How to convert prices to my home currency?
    On the top right corner, click on the currency icons below add to cart button. Select a currency to convert into.
  • Why am I not recieving communication or updates for my purchase?
    You might need to check the email address provided to us. Or login to the email to retrieve our communication
  • Do I need a member's account to buy?
    No you do not have to be a member.
  • What are benefits of becoming a member?
    During checkout, members can skip address and payment inputs. Fastforwarding the entire checkout process. Members may also recieve exclusive deals.
  • How do I sign up as a member?
    Simply click 'Members' at bottom of page. Signing up is free.
  • Can I see more of alice keyboards?
    You can check them at sample section of C.A.E.K. website.
  • Can I get a sound test of the product?
    Sound test is avaliable at video section of C.A.E.K. website.
  • Can I come over to test an alice keyboard?
    Of course. We have a dummy for customer's testing. You will need to book an appointment with us. Do note that this is strictly via appointment only.
  • Do you provide keyboard lubbing services?
    No we do not. Our goods all comes pre-lubbed.
  • Do you provide keyboard repair services?
    On site service are charged at $20. You may have to leave your keyboard with us. In the scenario where we may be unable to restore functionality to your keyboard, the $20 will be returned with no extra charges.
  • Can I get additional discounts?
    Yes you may. By posting with our product and tagging the C.A.E.K. store url at https://caek.store. Per post on each Social Media outlet entitles the customer a 2% off next purchase capped at 10%. To claim, do kindly provide the urls or corresponding screenshots.
  • Do I need to pay Goods and Services Tax?
    All GST fees are being absorbed for now.
  • What payment methods is accepted? And how may I make payment?
    You may directly purchase from the site and checkout with PayPal, AliPay, VISA, or Mastercard. Alternatively you may also pay via PayNow, or with QR payment scan. Cash payments are also accepted.
  • Can I pay using Bitcoin?
    C.A.E.K. currently does not accept bitcoin for payment
  • Do you ship overseas?
    We provide shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. In compliance with regulations of The OFAC (United States Office of Foreign Assets Control).
  • Do I get free shipping?
    Shipping is free for customers not needing assembly services. Simply select the 'C.A.E.K. FAST AirShipping (Self-Assembly)' option at checkout.
  • How long will my parcel arrive?
    Typically 2-3 weeks if without assembly.
  • How may I track my shipment?
    You can do so at our parcel tracking page. Simply enter your shipment number for the tracking.
  • Can I get C.A.E.K. assistance when I choose to self assemble?
    Yes you can. C.A.E.K. can provide support to customer on product issues or assembly over the phone.
  • What if I needed troubleshooting?
    C.A.E.K. provides video call for troubleshooting purpose if a customer requires. No fees is required but customer will be asked to provide the C.A.E.K. receipt.
  • What to do with damaged packaging?
    If a product arrives dented, or with torn packaging. DO NOT open the parcel. Instead contact us
  • Is the keyboards software supported?
    The ones that are custom ordered very much are. Some higher end models do support software configuration. Kindly check listing descriptions to confirm before purchase.
  • How is deflects handled?
    Defects is covered by our 30 day guarantee. And by defect we mean the product is non-functional at all. In such scenario, you will need to produce to us, video showing the product cannot work. C.A.E.K. will work to get your refund back. The usual turnaround time for refund processesing is 2 weeks. Please note that surface scratch or dent are not considered defective product.
  • Any product warranties?
    C.A.E.K. provides quality assurance before dispatching final product to customer. C.A.E.K. allows 30 days product guarantee. From day of customer's initial payment.
  • Do you accept exchange?
    All exchange case need to be backed by original receipt. Exchange request are subject to approval by C.A.E.K. and are on a handled case by case basis. For exchange cases, C.A.E.K. may waive on delivery charges
  • What about refunds?
    Refund may be processed with in-store credits. Customer must provide original receipt and proof the product is not functional during warranty period. Any signs of product abuse will be considered against the refund case.
  • How do I order a custom build keyboard?
    Go to Customization from the top panel. Follow the 4 steps. For shipment to overseas please purchase a suitable shipping plan.
  • What does my Custom Keyboard Building package entail?
    The paid plan includes consultation, design, support, quality inspection, testing, assembly and limited after service. For the final product delivery, a shipping / delivery fee will be charged. Refer to customer's buying process as well as value added services section for additional information before making purchase.
  • What happens if my keyboard customization exceeds my budget?
    C.A.E.K. 's procedures ensures the customer's budget is always respected. As such without securing the deposit, keyboard building will not begin. You can choose to modify or reduce the list of asking for C.A.E.K. to bill a revised quotation that is more friendly to your allocated budget
  • For custom builds, what to expect from the consultation phrase?
    After payment, C.A.E.K. will be in touch to make suggestions base on given requirements. Customer can choose to build their own keyboards using our suggestions or have them put together by us. If the customer already have some components, C.A.E.K. will suggest the missing parts in order to kickstart the keyboard building journey. Note that assembly and delivery / shipping fee applies.
  • Can you work with me if I already have a design in mind?
    Surely. Share your design with us through our WhatsApp channel. C.A.E.K. will quote base on keyboard design submitted.
  • Why is there a lead time?
    This only applies to cases requiring assembly services. So the ordering only begins when payment is secured. This is to be fair to both parties and to minimise risk and cost for factories. And as well to keep inventory levels low.
  • What are possible scenarios of delays for my custom build order?
    C.A.E.K. will always act in the best customer's interest. Upon quality inspection, any shipment deemed defective C.A.E.K. will exercise the rights to reject or exchange parts with manufacturer. If this happens C.A.E.K. will produce a video and will inform the customer accordingly. A batch exchange or reorder unfortunately adds to the final product readiness.
  • What is my shipping rates for custom orders?
    For customers not based in Singapore, C.A.E.K. offer Registered Service (International) with Tracking Number Information. This service is ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing, and accountability. We currently offer 3 types of shipping options: Economy Shipping - 16 Working Days (Estimated) Express Shipping - 13 Working Days (Estimated) Priority Shipping - 7 Working Days (Estimated) Be sure to catch our Services Catalogue for updated offerings and pricings.
